I can support you with…
-
Sexuality is a diverse and deeply personal part of who we are. Whether you are exploring your sexual identity, questioning your attractions, navigating changes in your sexuality, or seeking greater self-understanding, therapy can provide a safe, affirming, and non-judgemental space.
I welcome people of all sexual orientations and identities, including lesbian, gay, bisexual, pansexual, queer, asexual, demisexual, and those who do not identify with a specific label. You do not need to have everything figured out to begin therapy.
Together, we can explore topics such as coming out, self-acceptance, relationships, intimacy, sexual wellbeing, minority stress, internalised stigma, or the impact of discrimination.

I offer gender-affirming therapy for transgender, non-binary, gender-diverse, and gender-questioning individuals in a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment. My role is not to define your identity, but to support you in exploring your experiences and making decisions that feel right for you.
Whether you are questioning your gender, considering social, medical, or legal transition, navigating relationships, managing gender dysphoria, or processing the impact of discrimination or minority stress, therapy can provide a space where your identity is affirmed and your experiences are valued.
Drawing on my experience working within TransPlus, a gender identity clinic in Soho London, I understand the importance of providing culturally responsive care that acknowledges the diverse experiences of trans and gender-diverse communities.
I welcome clients at any stage of their journey, whether you are exploring your identity, seeking emotional support, navigating healthcare systems, strengthening relationships, or simply looking for a therapeutic space where you can be your authentic self.

Sex and intimacy can be an important part of our wellbeing, yet they are often shaped by stigma, shame, discrimination, or a lack of affirming information. Therapy can provide a safe, confidential space to explore your experiences, values, desires, and concerns without judgement.
I support LGBTQIA+ people with a range of issues relating to sex and sexual wellbeing, including intimacy, desire, sexual confidence, communication, pleasure, consent, body image, sexual functioning, navigating sexual health, and the impact of minority stress or past experiences.
I also support trans and non-binary people who may have difficulties navigating sex influenced by dysphoria, gender affirming hormones and/or surgeries.
I recognise that every person's experiences, relationships, and sexual expression are unique, and I aim to create a space where you can talk openly about sex in a way that feels safe and respectful.
Whether you are navigating changes in your sexual relationships, or looking to develop a healthier and more fulfilling relationship with sex (both solo and partnered), therapy can support you in understanding yourself and your needs with greater confidence and self-compassion.

Relationships come in many forms, and there is no one "right" way to build meaningful connection. I provide an affirming, non-judgemental space for people in a wide range of relationship structures, including monogamous, polyamorous, ethically non-monogamous, open, and other consensually non-monogamous relationships.
Whether you are exploring relationship agreements, improving communication, navigating jealousy, building trust, managing conflict, or balancing the needs of multiple partners, therapy offers a space to reflect, grow, and strengthen your relationships.
I understand that people in diverse relationship structures may encounter stigma, misunderstanding, or assumptions from others, including within healthcare settings. My approach is person-centred, trauma-informed, and free from judgement, recognising that healthy relationships are defined by consent, respect, honesty, and the values of the people within them.
